Please do not use names, unless the names of person or persons of interest has been officially announced by law enforcement, and even then lets use some common sence. 

When presenting theories, please be pronounced about them and label them in a way that presents it as such (i.e Its my opinion; I think that; this is my theory; etc..)

Also, this is not a place just to come and start bashing other people. If you do not agree with someones comment, thats ok, just list the reasons why and have a spirited conversation.
