Charles Horvath-Allen has been missing since May 26, 1989 from Kelowna, Brisish Colombia Canada.

Charles was 20 Years old when he was reported missing. He flew to Montreal, Quebec arriving in September 22, 1988. With funds lasting for three months, he intended to work to pay for his living arraingments and expenses.

It is reporeted that he travelled to Thunder Bay, ontario to visit his Father Max and Godfather Gabby in Cochenour, Ontario. By Match 1989 Charles had reached Swifty Current, Saskatchewan where he cashed a check at the Royal Bank of Canada. It is then Charles travelled to Kelowna by Greyhound bus on the 2nd of May. It is believed he slept out in City Park. Hey stayed at the Kelowna Gospel Mission on the 4th, 5th and 6th of May.

It is thought he first registered at Tiny Town around the 8th of May. The official entry in the register shows Charles staying on May 11th. He stayed with local people in St. Paul Street, Downtown Kelowna from May 12th to the 16th. 

On May 26th, Charles worked his last shift at the Flinstones Theme Park in Rutland. The RCMP confirmed that hhe cashed his pay check that day to the Royal Bank in Orchard Park. It is believed he then hitch hiked into downtown Kelowna. This was the last confirmewd sighting.
